While some recovered items find new life through our charity partners, many aren't suitable for reuse and instead enter our upcycling program. In early 2023, ImpacTex joined forces with NZ’s leading textile waste remanufacturers, Textile Products, to launch New Zealand’s first comprehensive system for collecting, recovering, processing and upcycling uniforms, garments and textiles. The result?.... ReTex — a New Zealand-made rigid panel created entirely from local textile waste.
We're thrilled to be an authorised Distributor of the ReTex panels and bringing you our innovative recycled panel options that include Alpine (clean white), Origin (circular), and PrintFusion (premium print solutions for indoor and outdoor use).
This range of Recycled textile waste panels can replace conventional materials used in signage, packaging, wall/floor protection, acoustic and decorative panels, retail pos merchandise displays — offering a sustainable alternative to single-use products.
And the best part?... Everything ReTex, Alpine, Origin, and PrintFusion is fully recyclable through ImpacTex at the end of its life.
